SPECIALISING IN PEDIGREE WELSH BLACK STEAKS & QUALITY WELSH MEATS

Naturally reared from the Hills & Valleys of Wales. The prime stock are from the Maescastle Herd, Hafodyresgob & Tynywan lines of breeding. Matured for 21 days with full traceability back to farm of origin.

10oz WELSH BLACK SIRLOIN STEAK. Lean & Tender cut taken from the lower portion or the rib. Gently marbled for extra taste. Served with Fried Mushrooms & Onion Rings.

10oz WELSH BLACK  RIB EYE STEAK . Chefs choice of Steak, also known as Scottish Fillet is cut from the Beef Rib juicy & tasty. Served with Fried Mushrooms & Onion Rings 

8oz WELSH BLACK  RUMP STEAK. The Popular choice very tasty full of flavour cut from the back. Good with a sauce.  Served with Fried Mushrooms & Onion Rings

8 oz WELSH BLACK STEAK BURGER. Made with 100% minced beef. All the flovour of steak but in a BurgerServed with Onion Rings & a B.B.Q. Dip

10oz MINTED WELSH LEG of LAMB STEAK . Marinated in a Mint dressing for full flavour. Cooked to your liking & served with onion rings.

GRILLED YELLOWFIN TUNA LOIN STEAK. Said to be the tastiest of the Tuna family. Served straight from the grill either Plain & Tasty or with Garlic Butter & Grilled Mediterranean Vegetables.

FILLET OF SALMON SUPREME . Taken from the middle of the fish very meaty. Poached in white wine, Lemon & Butter.
